The Cold Spring Harbour Laboratory, New York, organises an annual 10 week summer research program for undergraduate students interested in one of the following research areas (although they may be studying any related scientific discipline):
- Molecular Biology & Cancer
- Genetics and Genomics
- Neuroscience
- Plant Biology
- Quantitive Biology
Students participating in the program will carry out research in the lab as well as attend various workshops and seminars. At the end of the program, all participants will present their research to the entire CSHL community.
Students will receive free accommodation and board as well as a $5500 stipend towards other costs.
The summer research program typically takes place from early June until mid August, and the deadline for applications is in January. Full details can be found on their website.
